20th Century Work Ethic - I'd suggest younger generations in the 21st Century should know about:
20th Century Work Ethic
1. When you agree to a job, and the time it will take to do the job, do the job you agreed to on time.
2. Don't expect payment for the job, until the job is complete. If you get paid for the job before the job is done, and don't come back to finish the job, it impacts your reputation.
3. On a handshake or verbal agreement, your word is your honor.
4. If you quote the job for a certain hour timeframe, but the job took far less time than quoted, fairly refund the person who paid you the difference.
5. When doing business with a client, look the client in the eye, and firmly shake their hand. Not too hard but a firm enough handshake to show respect to the person paying you for the job.
